WHY IT'S OBVIOUS MIND BODY EDUCATION SHOULD BE in education

Simple facts that can paint this vision ...

Mind Body Education is already happening with wondrous benefits to those pioneering schools (click to see).  These results should have already resulted in Public Education embracing Mind Body Education.


Science revealed that regular meditators' IQs increased by 20% (click here for 2nd article on IQ). There is no rational educator in the world who could look at this and say, "Oh no! We don't want our students to have 20% higher IQs!" It's just not going to happen. So we can inform them and share these links.


MIND BODY IS THE MOST NATURAL THING IN THE WORLD, and science proves it. Children are naturally in a Meditative Brain Wave state most of the time as young children. Around 10 years old they lose touch with that natural calming state. But, science shows they don't have to because Mind Body practices (Meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga, Chi Kung, Mindfulness) can enable them to stay in touch with that natural state. And the science shows that this enables them to maintain their ability to heal more rapidly, and to learn at an accelerated rate.


When our brainwaves go into the Alpha Theta Meditative State we are vibrating at the rate of the background frequency of the Planet Earth. When a Meditation Practitoner does the "Ohm" meditation chant, that vibration is 432 Hz, the same as the background frequency of the entire universe. Nothing is more natural than meditation, science reveals.


During COVID a study found that frontline healthcare workers with "high T Cell counts" were much less likely to contract COVID and if they did had light symptoms. MIND BODY PRACTICES PRODUCE VAST NUMBERS OF T CELLS. In a Tai Chi study, the Tai Chi group had nearly 50 percent more T Cells than the control group.


Studies showed that a university swim team studied, who learned Chi Kung had 85% less respiratory infections than the control group swimmers who did not learn Chi Kung.


This is more than enough to prove Mind Body Education in Public Education is a no brainer ... however, we offer tons more science showing how Mind Body can treat ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and other problems plaguing so many school children. Click here for tons more science.
